Interns leave with industry recognized certifications that travel: the same credentials open commercial, healthcare, finance and public sector roles, and they satisfy the DoD 8570/8140 framework contractors staff federal contracts against.
Employer capacity
Host employers receive genuine, supervised technical support on live projects, while building a low-risk hiring pipeline of talent they have already worked alongside.
Retained workforce
Graduates are placed and tracked, keeping skilled technical workers employed in the defense sector rather than lost to other industries or other regions.
